The name itself captures the true meaning of what has been achieved in terms of performance – the reference to the Formula 1 car underlines the close link that has always existed between the racing world and road cars. The SF90 Stradale, the most advanced expression of the technology developed in Maranello, is the demonstration of how the knowledge acquired through competitions found immediate application on a production Ferrari car.

The SF90 Stradale represents an absolute first in terms of powertrain: in fact, for the first time on a standard Ferrari, a hybrid architecture of the PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle) type is offered in which the internal combustion engine is closely integrated three electric motors, two independent on the front axle and one at the rear between engine and gearbox.

The SF90 Stradale is also the first Ferrari sports car to be equipped with all-wheel drive, this makes it possible to fully exploit the incredible power made available by the hybrid power unit and makes it the new reference for standing starts: 0-100km/h in 2.5 seconds, 0-200km/h in just 6.7 seconds.

The Ferrari 599 GTO represents a pivotal milestone in the history of Maranello’s extreme Gran Turismo models. Unveiled in 2010 as a conceptual tribute to the legendary 288 GTO and the iconic 250 GTO, the 599 GTO is far more than an enhanced version of the 599 GTB Fiorano. It is a radical reinterpretation of road dynamics, directly applying the technological advancements developed for the track-only 599XX.

Limited to just 599 units worldwide, the 599 GTO was the first Ferrari road car to bear the GTO badge in over two decades—immediately elevating its significance within the collector community. Its value is underpinned by a unique combination of factors: motorsport-derived technology, a naturally aspirated 670-hp V12 engine, reduced weight thanks to extensive use of composite materials, and a chassis setup fine-tuned by Ferrari’s factory test drivers.

Compared to the 599 GTB, the GTO features significant structural and aerodynamic upgrades, an advanced electronic management system incorporating Side Slip Control (SSC), and revised SCM magnetorheological suspension calibrated for sharper and more aggressive driving dynamics. These elements translate into outstanding performance figures: 0–100 km/h in under 3.5 seconds and a top speed exceeding 335 km/h, making it the fastest road-legal Ferrari of its era.

Today, the 599 GTO stands as one of the most sought-after models among Ferrari collectors. Its desirability stems not only from its limited production and prestigious GTO lineage but also from the mechanical purity of its naturally aspirated, non-hybrid, non-turbocharged V12—a defining trait during a transitional era for Ferrari engineering. Further enhancing its exclusivity are the highly customized Tailor Made specifications and its exceptional capabilities both on the road and on the track.

In the collector landscape, the 599 GTO is often compared to the 812 Competizione and the F12tdf, yet it occupies a unique position thanks to its balanced blend of raw mechanical character and classical design philosophy. Its market appreciation continues to rise steadily, with values consistently surpassing original list prices and growing interest from both seasoned collectors and strategic investors.

The sports car, in whose name the numbers 488 indicate the unit displacement and the acronym Gran Turismo Berlinetta takes up a traditional denomination of the Prancing Horse, raises performance and the possibility of their full use even by less experienced drivers to levels never reached before.
